There is peace and love in the world but it is mostly within our own four walls of intimate family.

Husbands, wives, children at the end of the day...as we put the cat out (or in my case the dog) at night we know in our heart of heart we are loved.

We can't fix the world but we can fix ourselves and that "chilling out" inviting peace in, is a good thing....settle in front of the fire, glass of wine, beer, good book, homework or something decent on the idiot box...

Like the love, the peace is very close within....I hate the ugliness of the world events and it is hard to switch off from it. I don't try...I want to be informed, but I balance this need for serious content with the rediculous notion of getting down on the floor and reading a kid's book at their level...and telling the story making their fairy world real for them (and me, just for the moment....I seen the eyes I know you have a young'n somewhere close by....

One can't help but think of love and peace when you look into a child's eyes full of mischief and wonderment...

Enjoy the moment.....

Hello Daniel

I love what you've done with the place. Keep up the good work and you'll see. A lot of people really do care, and they're counting on us to remind them.

Peace!

It makes my heart ache, the beauty and the caring that is contained in these comments.

If only the world had a majority of people like you then it would be a wonderful place.

But we make up a small minority. We have no power. We can but watch and, during the dark times, support each other.
