what a lovely picture. i know how you feel- i find myself thinking back to when i was young- when life was simpler and not full of all of this- unfortunately, we can't time travel.

Read Children's books. The ones that you loved. This is what I am doing now and I feel much more at peace. The action is unlocking feelings of peace and acivating the healthy side of my imagination again .... I am remembering childhood fondly again.
